I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed by fear, uncertainty, and change. I know what it’s like to be afraid. But the truth is, we’re all scared. No one out there who’s doing amazing shit is doing it without facing a shit ton of fear at the same time.
In today’s episode, I want to share with you what’s been going on inside of my own heart recently. As I’ve reflected on the milestones I’ve reached, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on the fears I faced along this journey.
We’re all reaching new milestones every day - even small ones that we easily miss, letting them pass us by without even a simple acknowledgement. But what’s more important than acknowledging the milestone is reflecting on the fears we had to face to achieve those milestones.
That’s right. We face our fears. We don’t overcome them.
I feel a heart-centered, tear-filled soul chat coming on. Will you join me?
What if everyone knows I’m a mess? What if they see me for who I really am? What if they realize that I don’t have it all together?
We’ve all asked ourselves these questions. I’ve asked them myself more times than I can count. Our guest today, Rachel LeBeau, has also asked herself these questions and better yet, she’s learned how to beautifully overcome them.
Rachel LeBeau shares so much heart with the world and today she’s sharing that with us. Rachel is the creator of Heart, a mom, a former wedding planner, and so much more.
In this episode, she shares the amazing life lessons she’s learned from her incredible journey, as well as a part of her story that she’s never shared before.
Believe it or not, I haven’t always been this loud, confident, outspoken person. Years ago, I was quiet and soft-spoken and unsure of my beliefs and opinions. Now here I am, getting vulnerable and real (not to mention loud!) every week with you beautiful human beings.
I’m much more confident and outspoken in my words and my thoughts and my truths, today. But despite that, the truth is, I don’t always feel 100% confident. And when it does, I start feeling like my work doesn’t matter.
In this episode, I’m getting real with you about confidence and my own struggles. You’ll get to hear my major AHA moment and find out what struggles I still have with confidence.
I am so insanely excited to introduce you to Jessica Rasdall. If you haven’t heard Jessica’s story before, listen up because you’re in for some kickass truth and inspiration.
Jessica is a motivational speaker and coach for female entrepreneurs. She started speaking about ten years ago, but not to female entrepreneurs. And it wasn’t something she’d planned to do. It began after one night her freshman year of college, when she was driving, with her best friend in the passenger seat, after having a few drinks. The car crashed and Jessica’s best friend died in the passenger seat. It’s a hard story to tell. It’s a hard story to carry. But Jessica learned that there’s power in our stories, even that ones that are hard to tell. And our mess can become a powerful message.
Now she teaches female entrepreneurs how to unearth their signature stories and share them with flair. Jessica is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met and I’m so excited for her to share her story with you.
